PO Boxes – We cannot ship to civilian PO boxes; please use a street address or APO/FPO for U.S. military mail.

Holiday & Weather Delays – Transit windows are estimates; extreme weather or peak-season congestion can add 2-3 days.

Order Changes / Cancellations– E-mail support@eqlz.com within 30 minutes of checkout. After you receive the shipping-notification e-mail, we can no longer intercept or amend the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Guarantee – Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and shoebox.

Wrong Item – E-mail photos to support@eqlz.com; we’ll ship a replacement at our cost.

How to start – Contact us with your order #; our team will send a prepaid return label where available.

Refund Timing – After our warehouse confirms the condition, we’ll process the refund within 1–2 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time, so the funds typically reach your account within one to two weeks.
