Return & Exchange Policy

● 30-Day Guarantee – Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and shoebox.

● Wrong Item – E-mail photos to support@eqlz.com; we’ll ship a replacement at our cost.

● How to start – Contact us with your order #; our team will send a prepaid return label where available.

● Refund Timing – After our warehouse confirms the condition, we’ll process the refund within 1–2 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time, so the funds typically reach your account within one to two weeks.
